A. Marketing strategy & planning
1. Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and annual marketing plans.
2. Conduct situation analysis (SWOT, competitor analysis, market trends).
3. Define target audiences, positioning, and value propositions.
4. Develop campaign objectives, budgets, and performance frameworks.
5. Align marketing activities with overall business objectives.
B. Market Analysis & Research
1. Possess a practical understanding of how market research works
2. Demonstrate awareness of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and industry trends relevant to the business.
3. Understand the purpose and value of competitor benchmarking and market opportunity analysis.
4. Interpret research findings and analyzed data, and translate the insights into actionable marketing and communication plans aligned with business objectives.
C. Campaign Management & Execution
1. Implement integrated marketing campaigns (Traditional & Digital Media Marketing).
2. Oversee advertising strategy and performance optimization.
3. Monitor and evaluate campaign results against KPIs.
D. Corporate Communication
1. Develop and manage internal and external communication plans.
2. Prepare proposals, reports, presentations, and corporate messaging materials.
3. Support brand reputation management and crisis communication.
E. Monitoring, Reporting & Optimization
1. Track KPIs including brand awareness, conversations, and ROI.
2. Prepare performance reports with strategic recommendations.
3. Continuously optimize marketing activities based on performance data.
3. Qualification & Experience
1. Bachelor’s or Master degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media or related field
2. Minimum 2 years experience in marketing and communications.
3. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
4. Strong understanding of Media, local culture, language nuances, and audience behavior in the development of communication strategies.
5. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is preferred; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
